Legal & Confidentiality
Confidentiality.
Confidentiality is fundamental to how ROC works. Every engagement, conversation and document is handled with director-level discretion.
Protection of hotel commercial and performance data
ROC treats all hotel commercial and performance information shared during enquiries, diagnostics or engagements as strictly confidential. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Pricing and rate strategy information
- Revenue and segmentation performance
- Forecasts and budgets
- Distribution strategy and channel mix
- Financial information and owner reporting
- Operational reports and internal commentary
Non-disclosure commitment
ROC commits to non-disclosure of any client information to third parties without explicit written consent, except where required by law. NDAs can be put in place at the request of the client prior to any sensitive disclosure.
Secure handling of files and reports
All files, reports and shared documents are stored and transmitted using secure systems with access restricted to authorised members of the ROC team on a need-to-know basis.
Mutual confidentiality
Confidentiality is mutual. ROC expects clients to treat ROC proposals, strategies, frameworks, methodologies and consultancy deliverables as confidential intellectual property of ROC, not to be shared with third parties or competing advisors without written permission.
For any privacy, data or confidentiality enquiries, please contact us at contact@rocrevenue.com.
